Rice Aman

• Stage:Maturity to Harvesting
• Drain out the water from the land 15 days before harvest.

Vegetable

• There is chance of Phomopsis disease in Brinjal under the prevailing weather condition. Spray Bavistin @ 1g/liter of water.
• In Bitter gourd, there is chance of Epilachna beetle- under the present weather conditions. At the initial stage of infestation, it’s good to remove and burn the eggs with leaves and baby beetle. 2) If the infestation is high then apply 2.5-gram Carbaryl or 2 ml carbosulfan or 1.5 ml of (Cholrpyriphos+ Cypermethrin) per lit of water.
• Early planted winter vegetables are in vegetative to flowering. Arrange mulching on the standing crop.
• Apply pesticides after the current spell of rainfall.
• Apply light Irrigation.

Horticultural

• The current weather is congenial for fruit blight and fruit rot disease in pomegranate, To control, spray Mancozeb 600g and Carbendazim 100 g @ 200 liter of water.
• Weather condition is favourable for the incidences of thrips in pomegranate to control thrips in pomegranate, spray Spinosad 2.5 SC @ 10 ml per 10 liters of water.
• Weather condition is favourable for the incidences of fruit fly in guava. Use fruit fly trap to control fruit fly damage in guava orchards
• There is a chance of erwinia rot in banana due to weather condition in this season. As a precaution, apply lime in the banana basin or bleaching powder in the irrigation channels. Severely affected plants should be cut and removed to prevent the spread of disease
• Apply pesticides after the current spell of rainfall.
• Apply light Irrigation.

Livestock

• Vaccinate the livestock for, anthrax, Black Quarter and foot and mouth diseases, if unvaccinated.
• Consult a veterinary hospital to prevent lumpy skin disease.
• Hygiene should be maintained around cattle shed. Avoid water logging in cattle shed.
• Only dry food should be provided for cattle.
• Use disinfectants like potassium permanganate/ bleaching powder in cow sheds.
• It is very important to provide a particular amount of dewormers for both roundworm and tapeworm to any cattle, goats, if cattle are not dewormed.
• Use naphthalene in cattle sheds to protect against mosquitoes flies.
• Ensure safe livestock waste management to reduce carbon emissions.

Poultry

• It is very important to provide a particular amount of dewormers to poultry, if poultry are not dewormed.
• Spray disinfectant on poultry shade before placing poultry in poultry shade.
• Apply dry food and clean tap water for drinking purpose.
• Apply vaccinate if not vaccinated against Raniket and Gumboro disease.

Fishery

• Repair around the pond or surround it with netting to prevent fish from escaping the pond.
• Drain out excess water from the pond.
• Remove the unwanted fishes before leaving the new fingerling in the fish pond.
• If the pond lacks oxygen, stir the water and apply lime to clean the water.
