After curing, sorting and grading preserve the potato tuber in cold storage at 2.50- 40 C with 85-95% Relative humidity (RH).
Harvest potato at dry and sunny weather. Keep the harvested potato at shady and windy location for at least 3-5 days for curing.
If required, a second weeding followed by earthing may be taken up after 55-60 days. Do proper earthing up with friable soil.
