Rice Aman

• Stage:Tillering
• Apply pesticides after the current spell of rainfall.
• Drain out excess water, if any.
• Do not apply irrigation.
• Maintain 5-7 cm land water level.
• Present weather condition is congenial for Rice case worm infestation. Apply Malathion @2ml. per liter water.
• Present weather condition is congenial for Yellow Stem borer infestation. Apply Carbofuran @10kg per ha.

Vegetable

• Before transplanting of early winter vegetables soil of the main field should be sterilized with Dithane M-45 for preventing wilting due to splash of rain.
• In Ladies finger, there is a chance of Fruit borer under the environment condition Collect and destroy the affected fruits. Spray Emamectin benzoate 5 SG @ 1.0g/litre water at clear weather conditions.
• Off season vegetable cultivation is always profitable and challenging. These crops are very much moisture sensitive, both moisture stress and surplus will have an impact on production. The land free from water logging and well drained may be selected for cultivation of Cole crops such as Cabbage, Cauliflower, etc.

Horticultural

• Apply pesticides after the current spell of rainfall.
• Coconut trees may be attacked by mite under current weather condition. In case of attack, all young coconut of affected trees should be cut down and burnt. Infected trees and nearby young trees should be sprayed with any mite repellent such as Omite 57 EC mixed in 1.5 ml of one liter of water.
• Symptoms of Sigatoka disease may appear on banana leaves under current weather conditions. For control, spray 2-3 times every 15-20 days by mixing 0.5 ml score or 2 g Noin or Bavistin or 0.1 ml Econazole/Folicor per liter of water.
• Apply Malathion or Diazinon 60 EC or Libacid 50 EC at approved doses in case of banana beetle infestation under current weather condition.
• Papaya plants may be attacked by milli bugs under current weather conditions. In early stages of attack, the affected leaves/stems along with the insects should be collected and destroyed. If the attack is more, spray 2-3 times after 15 days by mixing 5 grams of soapy water or 0.25 ml of Edmair 200 ml per liter of water.
• Apply light Irrigation.

Livestock

• Vaccinate to prevent anthrax, black quarter, and scurvy.
• Ensure safe livestock waste management to reduce carbon emissions.
• To prevent lumpy skin disease use naphthalene in cattle sheds to repel mosquitoes.
• Give anthelmintic drugs.
• Use disinfectants such as bleaching powder on the floor.
• Feed only dry food.
• Maintain cleanliness around the shed. Ensure that water does not flow on the floor.

Poultry

• Vaccinate 11-14 day old chicks against Gumboro disease.
• Vaccinate for prevention of Ranikhet disease.
• Provide dewormed to the poultry.
• Spray the disinfectant in the poultry house and then keep the chicken.
• Provide dry food and clean drink water.

Fishery

• If there were fish diseases or less growth, contact the nearest Upazila fisheries office immediately.
• Monitor the growth of fish and disease by sampling every 15 days.
• Observe the fish for getting fed.
• Making your fish food, maintaining the percentage of proteins and other ingredients as per the formula.
• Give quality food according to the quantity of fish at a specific time and place every day.
• Apply fertilizers (per day- Urea 6gm, TSP 4gm/ per decimal).
