Under the Agricultural Meteorological Information System Improvement Project, training is organized for project officers and farmers every financial year. So far 1530 officials and 8400 farmers have been trained under the project.

So far 49 batches of officials, 368 batches of SAAOs, 1254 batches of farmers have been trained under the project where 1470 officials, 11040 SAAOs and 37620 farmers have been trained on agrometeorology.
